Each crate is tailored to your preferences (MTG, D&D, Pokemon, or Hybrid). Expect cards, accessories, gear, and exclusive items handpicked for Syndicate members.

Can I cancel my membership?

Absolutely. You can cancel or pause your subscription anytime.

Do you offer returns or refunds?

We accept returns on sealed product, with no signs of tampering, within 14 days of delivery/purchase. Loot crates and custom memberships are non-refundable due to their personalized nature.

How do I earn event entry tokens?

Tokens are included with certain membership tiers. You can also earn them through promotions or purchases.

Are the membership cards real?

Yes! Members receive physical foil membership cards—plastic for lower tiers and metal for elite levels.

How do I preorder new sets?
